À propos de l'auteur

Barry S. Corbin, M.Sc., LL.B., practises law in Toronto through Corbin Estates Law. His practice is comprised of income tax and estate planning, estate administration and the mediation of estate disputes. Mr. Corbin is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is the Chair of the Estates Subcommittee of the Attorney General's Civil Rules Committee. He is a co-Founding Editor of Money & Family Law and is a past Editor-in-Chief of the Estates Trusts & Pensions Journal.
Lorne H. Wolfson received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1974, his LL.M. from the University of British Columbia in 1976, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977. He is a Senior Partner in the Family Law Department in the Toronto law firm of Torkin Manes LLP. Mr. Wolfson is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Family Law. He was appointed as Dispute Resolution Officer of the Superior Court of Justice. He is a co-Founding Editor of Money & Family Law: Planning - Valuation - Division - Succession and a co-author of Best of Money & Family Law: Valuation, Division, Taxation and Succession.
