Henry Goslett is a registered immigration consultant and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Counsel (ICCRC). He is a founding partner of the multidisciplinary law firm, Business Immigration Law Group in Toronto. Prior to founding his current firm he had practised as an immigration consultant with two major Canadian law firms, Smith Lyons LLP and subsequently Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Toronto. He had 15 years of experience with Canada Immigration prior to joining the private sector and was a founding member and past president of the Organization of Professional Immigration Consultants. He is a past editor of the Canadian Immigration and Citizenship Bulletin and has lectured for the immigration practitioners program at Seneca College.
Barbara Jo (BJ) Caruso, a certified Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law, is the founder of Corporate Immigration Law Firm Professional Corporation, a boutique law firm focusing on Canadian and foreign immigration with offices in Toronto and Ottawa. The firm provides strategic advice and facilitates the transfer of people between foreign countries and Canada whether to immigrate, to work on temporary assignments, to study or to visit. She is co-author of The Annotated Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of Canada and The Annotated Citizenship Act, both published by Carswell.
