About the Author

Shaun E. Finn (Dip Journ, MA, BCL, LLB, LLM) is a lawyer in the Montreal office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where he practises commercial litigation. Shaun has represented corporate and institutional defendants at every stage of class proceedings in the areas of product liability, mass torts, privacy, and securities
